Who This Is For

PBMs / Employer Benefits Vendors

Seeking to improve GLP-1 program engagement, retention, and lean mass outcomes for employer populations.

Benefits Navigation / Obesity Program Vendors

Looking to add a performance and adherence layer to existing weight management programs.

Telehealth GLP-1 Providers

With employer contracts seeking to reduce churn and improve member satisfaction post-honeymoon phase.

Concierge / Longevity Clinics

Offering GLP-1 protocols and seeking structured performance programming for high-touch clients.

The Problem

Your GLP-1 programs generate early wins, but common friction points undermine long-term engagement and satisfaction.

Early Weight Loss, But Churn After Honeymoon Phase

Members see initial results but lack a structured plan for maintaining momentum once the novelty wears off.

Lean Mass / Strength Loss → "Smaller/Weaker" Dissatisfaction

Rapid weight loss without resistance training leads to muscle loss, leaving members feeling weaker and less satisfied with outcomes.

Side-Effect Friction → Inconsistency

Common GLP-1 side effects (fatigue, nausea, GI issues) derail adherence when members don't have clear guidance on how to adjust.

Support Burden from Repetitive Lifestyle Questions

Clinical teams spend valuable time answering basic nutrition and training questions instead of focusing on medical oversight.

Lack of Maintenance / Off-Ramp Plan

Programs often lack a clear transition plan for members approaching their target weight or considering medication discontinuation.

The Solution

We provide the performance and adherence layer that improves engagement, retention, and lean mass outcomes while your clinical team maintains full ownership of medication decisions and medical oversight.

This is not a medical intervention — it's a structured education, training, and accountability system that complements your clinical protocol. We handle the lifestyle execution layer so your team can focus on what matters: medical care and clinical outcomes.

Lean Mass Protection

Structured resistance training protocols designed to preserve muscle and strength during rapid weight loss.

Adherence System

Minimum Standards tracking (protein + steps + training) with automated check-ins and drop-off intervention.

You Keep Clinical Control

Your team owns all medication decisions, dosing, and medical oversight. We escalate medical symptoms immediately.

Pilot Success Metrics (Configurable)

Measurable targets set during pilot design based on your member population and implementation goals

Activation Rate Target

Typical goal: 70%+ members complete onboarding

Weekly Adherence Target

Typical goal: 60%+ weekly training + nutrition compliance

Retention Through Pilot Target

Typical goal: 75%+ members complete full pilot duration

Satisfaction Target

Typical goal: 4.5+ satisfaction rating from member feedback

Note: Targets are set during pilot design and depend on member population characteristics, implementation approach, and your specific goals. These are typical benchmarks, not guarantees.

Data Handling & PHI

Flexible data workflows designed for compliance and ease of implementation

  • Program does not require PHI to operate

Our system works entirely through member-entered data (weight, energy levels, training adherence, nutrition compliance). No access to clinical records needed for program delivery.

  • Reporting can be de-identified and aggregated

Monthly partner reports show engagement trends, adherence rates, and outcome summaries without individual identifiers. Perfect for procurement and outcomes review.

  • If PHI access is required, only via partner workflow and appropriate agreements

For partners who prefer integrated workflows (EMR linkages, care coordination), we operate exclusively through your existing systems with BAAs in place. We adapt to your compliance requirements.

Sample Monthly Report

Transparent metrics you'll receive each month. All data is de-identified and aggregated by default unless PHI workflows are specifically requested.

Participation Rate

% of enrolled members actively using the program (logins, check-ins, food logs)

Adherence Score

Weekly training completion + nutrition protocol compliance averaged across cohort

Drop-off Risk Flags

Early warning system for members showing disengagement patterns (3+ days inactive)

Retention Indicators

Member retention rate and continuation through pilot completion

Note: Reporting format is configured during pilot design. All metrics are de-identified and aggregated unless you specifically request PHI-integrated workflows (which require BAA and additional compliance protocols).

Partner Workflow

Simple handoff process with minimal internal workload

1

How Referrals Are Handed Off

Partner provides member list or introduces program during onboarding (via email, portal, or provider conversation). Members receive unique enrollment link and complete signup independently.

Partner action required: Initial introduction or enrollment link distribution (one-time setup)

2

What the Member Experiences

  • Completes onboarding questionnaire and baseline assessment
  • Receives personalized training program and nutrition framework
  • Weekly check-in system via app (progress updates, adjustments, education)
  • Access to educational modules on muscle preservation, adherence strategies, and habit formation
  • Optional: live group Q&A sessions or workshops
3

What Partner Receives (Monthly Report)

  • Engagement metrics: Activation rate, weekly adherence, retention trends
  • Outcome snapshots: Self-reported energy, appetite control, strength gains (aggregated data)
  • Escalation summary: Any red flags that required provider coordination
  • Recommendations: Program optimization suggestions based on pilot data

Partner action required: Review monthly report (15–20 minutes)
