In-person coaching is structured as a monthly membership, not a package of sessions. Choose 1x, 2x, or 3x per week. Each membership reserves dedicated coaching time on Ian's calendar and includes ongoing programming, accountability, and support. This is a coaching relationship — not a collection of individual workouts.
Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice. Late cancellations are forfeited. One emergency late cancellation or reschedule may be allowed every 30 days, subject to availability. Unused sessions do not roll over to the next month.
