Integration Options

Flexible data workflows—from fully standalone to deep integration with your existing systems

RECOMMENDED FOR FASTEST LAUNCH

Standalone Operation

Zero integration required. Members self-enroll via link. All data lives in our system.

Timeline: 7-14 days

What Happens:

  • You send enrollment link to members
  • Members create accounts and self-enroll
  • All program delivery happens in our app/portal
  • You receive monthly reports (PDF + CSV export)
  • No PHI access required—reporting is de-identified

Best for: Fast deployment, minimal IT involvement, pilot programs

API Integration

Automated member sync via API. Enrollment data flows automatically between systems.

Timeline: 3-4 weeks

What Happens:

  • We provide REST API documentation
  • Your system pushes new member enrollments to us
  • We can push engagement/outcome data back to you
  • Automated de-enrollment workflows available

Best for: Annual partnerships, employers with existing HR systems, high member volume

EMR/EHR Integration

Deep integration with clinical systems. Care coordination workflows with PHI access.

Timeline: 6-8 weeks

What Happens:

  • BAA (Business Associate Agreement) executed
  • FHIR or HL7 integration (Epic, Cerner, Athena, etc.)
  • Bi-directional data flow (member enrollment + program data)
  • Escalation alerts sent directly to provider portal
  • Progress notes can be written back to chart

Best for: GLP-1 providers, telehealth platforms, integrated care models

SSO Integration

Single sign-on via SAML 2.0 or OAuth. Members access program through your portal.

Timeline: 2-3 weeks

What Happens:

  • Members log in through your existing portal
  • Seamless authentication handoff to our platform
  • No separate login credentials needed
  • Works with Okta, Auth0, Azure AD, etc.

Best for: Employers with SSO infrastructure, integrated wellness platforms
