My name is Ian Pierce and my fitness journey spans over 15 years—from high school football to collegiate athletics, competing across multiple sports. For the past 7+ years, I've been coaching professionals to achieve their peak performance.
Health and wellness has always been my cornerstone. It brought me clarity, focus, and work ethic that profoundly changed my life. That foundation became non-negotiable.
After college, I spent several years in the New York City real estate market, helping people find their dream homes. But I realized something: the transformation I could facilitate through fitness had an even greater impact.
Fitness became a force multiplier—improving every other aspect of their lives. Service through fitness allowed me to impact people on a deeper level than I ever could before.
