If you meet the agreed-upon adherence metrics and we do not see
measurable progress by Week 8, you will receive an additional four
weeks of coaching at no cost.
Adherence metrics include:
- Complete 90%+ of assigned training sessions
- Submit weekly check-ins on time with complete data

Follow nutrition and recovery recommendations consistently
- Remain responsive and engaged throughout the process
"Measurable progress" includes:
Increased strength, improved body composition, enhanced
performance, or better recovery (reduced discomfort, improved
mobility, better energy).
This is a professional accountability standard that reflects
